Thank you for visiting! A few words to introduce myself.
The first thing you should know is that I am passionate about real estate. Buying and selling real estate is typically a big decision, one of the largest financial investments in most people's lives, and I am privileged and honoured each time a client puts their trust in me to coach and assist them through this process. Real estate is very much about relationships.
Earlier in my career I worked with many companies to develop business strategies and determine how to apply technology to significantly improves business results. I applied the knowledge I obtained from my undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering from UNB. After working for several years at Spar Aerospace in Montreal and Toronto, and at Hydro One during its period of deregulation, I realized I needed to better understand the various aspects of business, so I enrolled in the MBA program at Queen's University, where I was one of the youngest members of my graduating class. Later I worked as a management consultant for Deloitte & Touche and PricewaterhouseCoopers helping large companies figure out how to use technology more effectively. I spent a considerable amount of time traveling and working with global clients in the energy sector, which got me interested in energy conservation and in determining ways to reduce our environmental footprint.
In parallel, for over the past twenty years I have invested in real estate, and in addition to finding it quite fascinating, it has proven to be rather profitable. So, when it came time to leave PricewaterhouseCoopers, I wanted to indulge my real estate passion full time by helping others, so I joined one of the largest, oldest and most respected firms in Canada, Royal LePage, to apply my knowledge and experience to assist clients like you.
To support positive environmental change, one of the many activities I do is donate funds from every real estate transaction, in recognition of my clients, to support tree planting activities of the not-for-profit Toronto Parks and Trees Foundation. I truly believe through my career as a real estate sales representative I am in a position to not only personally improve our environment, but also through the interaction with my clients together we can make a positive difference.
So that is what drives me. I treasure the trust my clients place in me, and hope you will contact me when thinking about your next real estate purchase or sale. I am a real estate investor first, personal consultant second, and sales representative third, so I will be looking out for your interests first and foremost, to help you find that special property you will be not only proud to own, but should also prove to be a wise investment over the long term.
I truly look forward to assisting you!
